    Mississippi Blood Services experiencing emergency shortage

    JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Officials with Mississippi Blood Services (MBS) said the agency is at emergency levels of several types of blood.

    According to the MBS website , there is a severe shortage of A-, B+, B-, and O- blood types.

    Friends of Children’s Hospital receives $27,000 donation

    Donors can visit the following locations to donate blood in Mississippi:

    • MS Blood Services – 115 Tree Street in Flowood
    • MS Blood Services – 609 North Davis Avenue, Suite 101B in Cleveland
    • MS Blood Services – 2627 West Oxford Loop #C in Oxford.
