JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Visit Jackson has partnered with the Hank Aaron Sports Academy to provide gameday parking and shuttle service for Jackson State University’s (JSU) first home game on Saturday, September 7.

The W.C. Gorden Classic will be held at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium. Kickoff has been scheduled for 6:00 p.m., and gates will open at 4:00 p.m.

A $25 parking fee is required to access the free roundtrip shuttle service from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., departing to and from Smith-Wills Stadium, located at 1200 Lakeland Drive. Debit and credit cards will only be accepted. Security will be provided until the last shuttle returns to Smith Wills

The shuttle drop-off and pick-up will be on the West Street side at The Vet. Shuttles will run with an escort every 45 minutes to one hour, depending on traffic throughout the competition.

There will be a short break at the beginning of the third quarter before shuttles start transporting fans back to Smith-Wills.
