YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — With Saturday’s storm clearing from the Valley, the calmer weather made it a great day for the Flea at Fellows.

Many people — especially the mothers — came to check out all the vendors at Fellows Riverside Gardens. At the Flea were one-of-a-kind gifts, music, food and drinks — along with do-it-yourself Mother’s Day projects.

“You only get one mother. Sometimes you get bonus moms as well. But to be able to spend time with them and to enjoy their company and just enjoy everybody else while they’re still doing it is a good thing,” said Olivia Colmon of Simply Made By Liv, one of the vendors.

The event ran from 11 a.m. through 4 p.m. Sunday.

The next Flea is scheduled for June 8 and returns to its usual location at 365 E. Boardman Street.
