AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — We’re expecting a warm holiday weekend, so what way to cool down than with an ice-cold lemonade? Fortunately, Aunt Mimi’s lemonade stand has you covered.

It started back in 2022 as a way for Annalise and Jordan Kenyon to honor their aunt who passed away suddenly. This year, the lemonade stand is back on and will be honoring veterans, raising money for the Veteran Outreach Center.

It’s a cause that hits close to home for the family.

“It feels pretty special because I have lots of family members that were in the military,” Annalise Kenyon said. “It just makes me happy thinking about all of the money we’re going to be able to donate.”

Over the last two years, Annalise and her brother Jordan have raised nearly $3,000 for local charities.

The lemonade stand is happening Saturday at Memorial Park on Raccoon Road.
