High school football game involving area team postponed

LOUISVILLE, Ohio (WKBN) – Valley Christian’s high school football road game at St. Thomas Aquinas on Friday night has been officially postponed.

The game has been moved to Saturday at noon in Louisville.

VCS Athletic Director Dolph Carroll tells Sports Team 27 that St. Thomas Aquinas was forced to cancel classes multiple days this week because of the heat.

As a result, the team was not able to practice, prompting the school to request that the game be postponed.

Valley Christian enters week two of the season with a record of 0-1.
