Tackle box with drugs inside found in park

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Youngstown police responded to an area on the South Side after a box was found at a park that contained drugs.

Police responded to Oak Hill Avenue around 3 p.m. Wednesday after an employee at a nearby school found a tackle box at a park across the street that contained drugs and candy.

Luckily, no children came in contact with the box that police say contained over 100 pills and candy.

The tackle box was found under a T-shirt with the words “senior thug” on the back, according to reports.

Reports state a crack pipe was also found at the park next to the tackle box.
