    13 local players on Grove City College football team

    GROVE CITY, Pa. (WKBN) – The Grove City College Football team will open the 2024 season on Saturday at home against Geneva at 1 p.m. at Robert E. Thorn Field.

    The Wolverines have 13 players as well as six members of the coaching staff from the local area.

    The following players from the Mahoning Valley are members of the 2024 team:

    Front row, left to right: sophomore cornerback Johnny Ruggles (Austintown Fitch), junior center Tommy Seese (Hubbard) and senior center Brady Brungard (Springfield Local).

    Back row, left to right: student coach Nick Vesey (Champion), freshman wide receiver John Perry (Howland), sophomore safety Peyton Ahlquist (Canfield), senior wide receiver Andrew Coffee (West Branch) and senior student coach Anthony Bryarly (Crestview).

    The following players from Mercer County are members of the 2024 team:
