1 dead on I-76 West in Milton Township

MILTON Twp., Ohio (WKBN) — All lanes were closed I-76 West beyond State Route 534 and the Newton Falls and Lake Milton exits early Saturday morning.

The Canfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol was dispatched to a pedestrian in the roadway on westbound Interstate 76 near milepost 53 in Milton Township, Mahoning County.

There is one confirmed fatality, and all lanes have reopened.

This incident remains under investigation.
