1 killed in crash on Clarksville Pike

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — One person has died following a crash on Clarksville Pike, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD).

The department said that the crash happened at around 4 p.m. on Clarksville Pike near Kings Lane. Only one vehicle was involved. Forty-eight-year-old Quinton Puckett was driving when, for reasons unknown, he veered off the road.

Puckett traveled down an embankment and struck a tree. He was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center, where he died. Police added that there were no signs of impairment at the scene.
