    Authorities find boy who failed to make it to bus stop in Putnam County

    PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities in Putnam County said an 11-year-old who never made it to the bus stop Thursday morning has been found safe.

    The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office requested the public’s help in finding 11-year-old Paxton Elliot just after 9 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29.

    Approximately 30 minutes later, officials announced the 11-year-old was found.
