Florida gas prices reach lowest point since June

BAY COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – Gas prices in Florida have reached their lowest point since the middle of June.

Fuel costs declined 13 cents, bringing the state average to $3.33 per gallon.

In Bay County, the average cost currently stands at $3.11 per gallon. According to Triple-A officials, this shift downward in prices is due to big drops in crude oil prices, which until last week, had been on a 4-week streak of decline.

Panama City, Pensacola, and Crestview-Fort Walton Beach remain the least expensive markets in Florida to fill up your tanks.
