Road closed in New Bern due to natural gas leak

NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) — Officials with the City of New Bern announced on Wednesday that Neuse Boulevard from South Glenburnie to Colony Drive was closed.

The road was closed due to a natural gas leak. The city announced that Piedmont Natural Gas was assessing the situation before they began repairing.

The road will be closed until the leak is repaired.
