GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Representatives with the City of Greenville Neighborhood and Business Services Department is putting out a community engagement survey.

They want input on how people would like to receive their information. This is to gauge where the public hears about community events and what city leaders can do to improve their efforts in spreading the word.

A lot of the inputs in the past used to be more like telephone surveys and just paper surveys,” Neighborhood liaison Tony Parker said. “And we’re looking for is just quick, quick and easy to find out how people are engaging and the best way to do that electronically. We feel since COVID-19 landed, we’ve learned that more people are engaging electronically through emails and social media.”

The survey is open form now until Halloween. The findings will be implemented in 2025.
