    Ingredients

    • 6 eggs
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbs. white vinegar
    • 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill + additional sprigs
    • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 4 fresh chives, sliced into 1” pieces

    In pot, cover eggs with enough cold water to cover by 1”; over high heat, bring to boil. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 10 min. Drain; rinse under cold water. Return to pot; cover eggs with cold water. Once eggs are cool enough to handle, peel then slice in half and remove yolks.

    In medium bowl, combine yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, chopped dill, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; using fork, mash together until smooth. If desired, spoon filling into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Dividing evenly, pipe or spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Arrange filled eggs on serving platter. Garnish with chive pieces and additional dill sprigs.
