GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — While no one hit it big in the Powerball drawing Saturday night, one Michigan ticket did win $1 million.

Saturday’s numbers were 5, 15, 21, 24 and 43, with a Powerball of 17. No one hit the $35 million jackpot, according to the Powerball. The jackpot has now grown to $44 million, with the next drawing Monday at 11 p.m.

Two tickets, including one purchased at a Family Fare in Traverse City, did match all numbers except for the Powerball, for a $1 million prize. The other $1 million ticket in Saturday’s drawing was sold in Washington.

Around 7,500 tickets in Michigan matched the Powerball for a $4 win, while one matched the Powerball and all but one of the other numbers for a $50,000 prize, according to the Michigan Lottery.

The odds of winning the lottery are slim, with a 1 in 302.6 million chance of winning the Mega Millions jackpot and a 1 in 292.2 million chance of winning the Powerball.
