Woman with Loudonville ties among Fugitive of the Week list
MANSFIELD — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force seeks the public’s help in finding four individuals as part of its “Fugitives of the Week” list. What was previously known as “Most Wanted” was changed as “Fugitives of the Week” at the request of local authorities.

AKRON, Ohio — Authorities said the woman who was shot and killed by the Medina County Sheriff on Wednesday had extensive mental health issues. Police said 37-year-old Victoria Carter was carrying a replica gun and a knife when she charged at Sheriff Terry Grice and Deputy Doug Clinage outside of the Medina County Sheriff's Office.
