Rick Steiner Comments On Bron Breakker’s Win At WWE SummerSlam

Rick Steiner is happy to see his son, Bron Breakker , thriving in WWE .

At WWE SummerSlam, Breakker defeated Sami Zayn to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Breakker’s dad, Rick Steiner, and his uncle, Scott Steiner, were in attendance, and they watched his victory.

Speaking with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge , Rick Steiner was asked to comment on Bron Breakker’s win at WWE SummerSlam.

“I didn’t know what to expect,” Rick Steiner said. “I’ve been watching his stuff. Zayn’s a pretty tough kid. But watching the match, my biggest thing, a lot of things is up and down, sideways, whatever the match goes, he came out the victor, he got the belt.

“He’s the champ, and that’s all that matters. I’m happy. I can always sit back and say, ‘Well, could have done this better, we’ll work on this,’ but that’ll be for next time. But as far as I’m concerned, I thought he did great. He’s the champ, and I love it.”

Rick Steiner On Bron Breakker’s Progress

Rick Steiner was also asked to share his thoughts on Bron Breakker’s progress and what he needed to do to get better. He noted that Breakker had to perfect some of the little things. Steiner than states that Breakker had a lot of things down.

“Well, just some of the moves that he stole from my brother and I,” Steiner said. “But no, just perfecting the basics. Laying that clothesline in to take someone’s head off. The Frankensteiner, it seems like he’s getting down. The Spear, he’s getting down, it’s quick. A lot of things he’s got down. It’s just a few little things. He’s a hard worker, he’s a good athlete.”
