New Chick-fil-A restaurant coming to the city of Emporia

GREENSVILLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The City of Emporia has announced that Chick-fil-A will make its way to the city.

Chick-fil-A will be coming to Emporia and is set to be established in late 2024 or early 2025.

According to the City of Emporia, the collaboration between the City and Chick-fil-A reveals a step in efforts to stimulate economic growth and diverse dining options for its residents and visitors.

A spokesperson for the City said they are expecting this new addition to create job opportunities and enhance the overall prosperity of Emporia.

“We are confident that this partnership will be mutually beneficial and contribute to the sustained progress of our city,” said City Manager, William E. Johnson III.
