    Prince George firefighters respond to vehicle fires in resident’s driveway

    PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Firefighters in Prince George County raced to extinguish two cars that were engulfed in flames in a driveway in the Disputanta area on Wednesday before the flames could reach nearby homes.

    According to Prince George County Fire and EMS, firefighters responded to a home on the 14100 block of Arwood Road in the Disputanta area at around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14 for a report of a vehicle fire.

    When they got to the scene, first responders found two cars next to each other in a driveway engulfed in flames.

    The firefighters were able to extinguish the fire before it spread to any of the nearby houses.

    No one was injured during the incident.
