Election judges sought for upcoming races
Wright County residents interested in serving as an election judge for the August Primary and November General Election are encouraged to fill out the county’s election judge interest form. The county is not responsible for recruiting or hiring election judges. This form will forward applicants’ information to a local election clerk, who will contact applicants if they need additional judges. Your information may be shared with other local clerks who are short on election judges. CSAH 2 in Wright/Stearns County Border to Close July 8
A Message from the Wright County Highway Department:. Beginning on Monday, July 8, the Wright County Highway 2/Stearns County Highway 7 bridge over the Clearwater River in Southside Township (Wright County) and Fairhaven Township (Stearns County) will be closed to through traffic from Wright County Highway 2 to Stearns County Highway 44 to complete a bridge replacement project.

A 59-year-old Annandale woman is dead after crashing her car into a ditch in Southside Township, Thursday, June 20. Absentee Voting Begins Today
Today (Friday, June 28) is the first day of the 46-day absentee voting period. Eligible Wright County voters will be able to begin casting their ballots for the 2024 State Primary Election. Voters may request an absentee ballot by contacting Wright County Elections directly or by completing the online request form at mnvotes.org. Voters are also able to visit the Wright County Government Center where they can cast an in-person absentee ballot. Please visit the Finance & Taxpayer Services counter on the first floor of the Wright County Government Center to cast your in-person absentee ballot. The Government Center is open to serve voters from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
