    Missing, endangered woman last seen in Greer: deputies

    SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — Deputies with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a woman who was last seen in Greer Tuesday night.

    According to the sheriff’s office, Maria Vasquez was last seen at around 6:48 p.m. near 7 Tall Pines Center.

    Vasquez is considered endangered due to potential medical and psychological conditions. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, black pants and carrying a large black purse.

    Officials said that Vasquez is 5-foot-2 and weighs around 175 pounds, with black and white hair that is possibly tied in a ponytail.

    The sheriff’s office said they do not know where Vasquez was heading at the time of her disappearance.

    Deputies and K-9 units are searching for Vasquez at this time.

    Anyone with information regarding Vasquez’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office immediately.
