SOUTH CAROLINA (WSPA) – The fast-casual restaurant concept, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, announced on Thursday that they will be signing a multi-unit development agreement, bringing 10 new locations to Greenville and Spartanburg Counties.

GVL Hospitality said they have already been searching for suitable sites in each county. The first property is expected to be purchased by the end of 2024, with an estimated opening in 2025.

The chain was co-founded in 2002 by brothers, Bill and Randy Simon, and their friend and business partner, Scott Redler. Freddy’s creates fresh, made-to-order food.

There are currently 11 locations in the state, including Columbia, Easley, Florence, Indian Land, Irmo, Lexington, North Augusta, Rock Hill, Summerville, and two in West Columbia.
