CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has reopened State Route 53 between Portage and Lilly in Cambria County.

The road had been closed since April 3, when heavy rain and stormwater eroded the soil under the road, causing portions of the shoulder to fall away.
