$213M Powerball jackpot hit in Pennsylvania

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — Someone just won “life-changing” money as the $213 million Powerball jackpot was hit in Pennsylvania during Monday’s drawing.

The jackpot-winning ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball on Monday, Aug. 12, winning the jackpot of $213,800,000.

According to the Lottery, more than 21,000 other players won between $4 and $500.

According to the PA Lottery, Quick Pizza and Hoagies, 3565 Harts Run Road, Pittsburgh, will earn a $100,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing resets to an estimated $20 million. Tuesday night’s Mega Millions is worth an estimated $435 million.
