Variable cloudiness on Friday is bringing a difference in temperatures. Low 70s with more clouds towards the east, middle 70s in the middle of Central PA, and approaching 80 in our western counties with more sunshine.

We’ll ramp up into the low to middle 80s on Saturday.  Sunday will still be warm, with low to middle 80s by the afternoon.  There will be a slim chance for severe thunderstorms on Saturday afternoon, but otherwise it should remain quiet and drier for Sunday.

Labor Day itself will present a change, as a cooler flow will bring back the feel of fall.  Overall, it will be a perfect day to celebrate the “unofficial end of summer” with BBQ’s, boating, swimming and camping.

On the hotter side again Saturday as high humidity returns. Then much nicer after that.

Sunshine and highs in the 70s will make for a gorgeous first full week of September for back to work and school next week, too.
