Xander Schauffele set to play in 2024 Travelers Championship in Cromwell

CROMWELL, Conn. (WTNH) – The newly-crowned PGA Champion and 2020 Olympic Gold Medalist, Xander Schauffele, is set to play in this year’s Travelers Championship in Cromwell.

The event announced on their X account that Schauffele, who won the competition in 2022, will be back to play against some of the most talented golfers in the world.

Other players who will be stepping onto the golf course this year include Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy and Ricki Fowler.

This year’s Traveler Championship will be held from June 17 – 23 at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell. Tickets for the competition are on sale and can be purchased on their website.
