Targeted shooting leaves West Haven residence with bullet holes

WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A residence in West Haven has multiple bullet holes after a targeted shooting late last night.

The shooting occurred at 11:00 p.m. on New St. Officers with the West Haven Police Department responded to the residence and found several bullet casings.

Officials say a resident was home at the time of this targeted shooting but was unharmed.

The department’s Detective Division is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact them.
