    PHOTOS: 2 hospitalized after a car drove into a house in Bantam

    BANTAM, Conn. (WTNH) — 2 people were hospitalized after a car drove into a house on Friday in Bantam, according to police.

    The incident happened at around 4 p.m. at 955 Bantam Rd. The two people were trapped inside the car until firefighters helped to safely remove them. 1 person suffered non-life threatening injuries, while the other refused to be seen by doctors, according to Bantam police.

    The structure was temporarily stabilized until it is able to be fully repaired.
