City manager Rick Healy says council passed this partnership last year.

He says this trial run will provide important data about the use of public transportation within the city.

Residents will get the opportunity to vote on a levy this November to support a permanent bus run through Moundsville.

Base fare is $1.30 and 65 cents for Seniors 65+, disabled persons or those on Medicare.

Monthly passes are $42 and Special/Student passes start at $21.

All day discount fare users and pass users MUST show a valid OVRTA photo ID.
