Encore Dinner Theater holds ribbon cutting event

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Encore Dinner Theater held a ribbon cutting in honor of their new art and dinner experience Tuesday night.

This event was hosted at the Vigo County History Center. The Encore Dinner Theater aims to blend food, laughter, and live entertainment into one experience.

The first of these unique dinners will be held August 17, at the Vigo County History Center. Owner Kimberly McMurry says art events like this one can help people enjoy the arts in their hometown.

“I am all about good people, good energy, keeping things positive, and fun, and inviting, and beneficial. Art can be healing when it’s done correctly and that’s what we want,” said McMurry.

Meal tickets for their first event will include table appetizers, a wedge salad, a choice of three entree, two side dishes, dessert, and a glass of wine.
