Boys Valley Kick-Off at LaVern Gibson

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Boys high school cross country season is off and running after the Valley kick-off meet at LaVern Gibson on Saturday morning.

South Vermillion senior Karter Jackson was the top local finisher in 30th place with a time of 17 minutes and 7 seconds. Northview’s Camden Johnson was right behind finishing in 34th place just 4 seconds later. Terre Haute South sophomore Aiden Miller also cracked the top 40 finishing in 38th.

Terre Haute South (12th) and Northview (20th) were the top two local teams at the event.
