    TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Here are the food inspections for the last week in Terre Haute courtesy of the Vigo County Health Department.

    What goes into a restaurant health inspection?

    Lemongrass Thai Cuisine, 3830 S. US Hwy 41 (4 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) Observed rice being cooled at room temperature and not reaching 70F within 2 hours. Observed many food items in various coolers without proper labeling for date of consumption. Observed spoon sitting in hand wash sink. Observed raw chicken at 49F.

    Que Bueno, 1559 Ft. Harrison (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Observed dish machine sanitizer not testing at proper concentration to disinfect. Observed black debris on walls in stockroom due to ice machine leak. Observed rice and queso cheese on steam table in kitchen at 108 – 110F. Items shall be held at 135F or above.

    Mis Tres Potrillos Mexican Restaurant, 1290 Lafayette Ave. (2 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) Observed raw chicken stored above beef and raw shrimp stored above ready to eat food. Observed accumulated debris and rust on table mounted can opener.

    Grand Traverse Pie Co., 75 N. 3 rd St. (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Observed employee drink without lid on food prep surface and employee food in non-designated area inside cooler. Observed dish machine sanitizer not reaching proper concentration to disinfect.

    Taco Luv Truck #1, Mobile (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Various food not marked with date of consumption. Raw eggs stored with ready to eat foods.

    Arby’s, 2345 S. State Rd. 46 (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Observed sliced corn beef, turkey and cheese at 45-51F. All items shall be kept at 41F or below.

    Moose Lodge #1009, 3708 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) Observed tomatoes, onions and cheese without date markings.

    Pit Stop, 6321 N. Clinton St. (1 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) Observed adulterated cooked ground beef in walk-in cooler.

    Seasons Campgrounds, LLC, 3995 E. Sony Drive (1 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) Observed bowl of adulterated pasta salad in reach in cooler.
