Village of Ridgewood Imposes Mandatory Water Restrictions in the Face of Heat Advisory
RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Weeks after the Village of Ridgewood asked residents to restrict their water usage, the municipality is again asking residents to cut back, as the excessive heat could once again put the village at risk of a water shortage. Due to the excessive heat, the village is imposing a two-day watering schedule – odd number addresses can water their lawn on Tuesday and Saturday, and even number addresses can water their lawn on Wednesday and Sunday.
