Water main break floods part of Oregon Avenue in Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Part of Oregon Avenue in Philadelphia was inaccessible Wednesday after a water main break, fire dispatchers confirmed.The street was closed between 24th Street and 21st Street due to water in the road Wednesday morning. ‘Largest addiction rehabilitation center in the Northeast’ to come to University City
Real estate investment group Creating Shared Communities will build a 517,000-square-foot addiction rehabilitation center at 3700 Ludlow St., blocks away from Penn’s campus.
