Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Semmes Wednesday Afternoon
Richmond Police detectives have identified the motorcyclist involved in the fatal collision on Semmes Avenue as Merquan Robinson, 30, of Quinton, Virginia. Today (Wednesday) at approximately 1:05 p.m., Robinson was traveling westbound in the 2200 block of Semmes Avenue when he lost control of the motorcycle, collided with a power pole in the median of the roadway and crashed in the westbound lanes. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
