'Cheyenne's Capitol Avenue Bronze: History Enshrined' aims to commemorate an artist's dream of carrying on legacy

CHEYENNE — Starley Talbott and Michael Kassel have known each other for years and written many books together, so what makes this one different?

Together, Kassel and Talbott have written five books, including “Wyoming’s Friendly Skies” (2020), “A History Lover’s Guide to Cheyenne” (2021), “Wyoming Airmail Pioneers” (2017), “Historic Lakeview Cemetery of Cheyenne” (2023) and, most recently, “Cheyenne’s Capitol Avenue Bronze: History Enshrined” (2024).
