Watch: Deion Sanders gets into it with two different reporters at same news conference

Colorado head coach Deion Sanders isn’t afraid to be petty.

During his Friday news conference at spring camp, Sanders asked a question by CBS Sports Denver’s Eric Christensen, who didn’t get but four words out before Sanders cut him off and let him know exactly what he thinks of Christensen’s employer.

“CBS, I’m not doing nothing with CBS," Sanders said. "Next question. Ain’t got nothing to do with you, this is above that. I got love for you, I appreciate you, I respect you — it ain’t got nothing to do with you. They know what they did.”

Christensen replied that he worked with CBS’ local affiliate in Denver and not the national network, but Sanders still wasn’t having any of it.

“You are who you are,” Sanders replied. “CBS is CBS. It ain’t got nothing to do with you, I respect you. That’s why I told you that. I’m looking you in the eyes and I respect you, I got love for you. But what they did was foul.”

Sanders’ grudge may have something to do with the fact that he was ranked 15 out of the 16 head coaches in the Big 12 by the CBS Sports staff .

But Sanders’ antics didn’t stop with Christensen. Moments later, coach Prime had it out with Denver Post reporter Sean Keeler, who Sanders called out for having a vendetta against the Buffaloes football program.

“You don’t like us, man. Why do you do this to yourself?” Sanders quipped. “Why do you do this though? No, I’m serious, you know you don’t [like us] so why do you do this? It would be hard for me to really engage with someone I don’t like or something I don’t like; I’m just asking why?”

Keeler responded, maintaining that he had no personal beef with Sanders and that he simply wanted to ask him a football question. However, Sanders wouldn’t let things go and he pressed the veteran journalist further for an answer to what his resentment was against his team.

“Why are you always on the attack?” Sanders asked. “What did we do to you? … I’m asking you why, like, what does it do for you? What happened to get you like this?”

Keeler seemed confused with Sanders' line of questioning and kept insinuating that the coach was mistaken. In the end, the two seemingly agreed to discuss matters privately, though Sanders still wouldn’t let Keeler ask his question during the news conference.
