Titans QB Will Levis, Hellmann’s join forces for collaboration no one asked for

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis’ love of mayonnaise has been well-documented, but he may have taken things a bit too far with his latest partnership with Hellmann’s.

The condiment company announced on Tuesday morning it had partnered with the second-year QB to create “Will Levis No. 8” — a signature brand of cologne that combines notes of lemon, coffee, musk, vanilla and “mayonnaise accord.”

“The Hellmann’s team worked closely with the perfumer to ensure that the fragrance was representative of me and what I can showcase on the football field,” Levis told Food & Wine . “They went through several rounds of testing, and I think they did a really great job nailing it with the finished product.”

Despite the questionable nature of the fragrance, which will have a limited number of bottles available on a per-day basis, it appears to have sold out just hours after the announcement.

Levis signed a lifetime contract with Hellmann’s in August of last year after video clips went viral of the 25-year-old signal-caller putting mayo in his coffee.

He admitted his love of the egg- and oil-based condiment began when he was a child and he started putting it on his sandwiches in elementary school. He only started adding it to his coffee after a tongue-in-cheek suggestion from a former girlfriend at the breakfast table when he had no sugar or cream for his coffee.

Now, the Titans star considers mayo to be a part of his personal brand.
