Watch: Eagles post highlights in Portuguese ahead of Week 1 game vs. Packers

The Eagles and Packers are just days away from opening their 2024 regular seasons in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Friday night. To celebrate, Philadelphia thought it would be fun to post highlights of their last meeting in Portuguese.

The game took place on November 11, 2022, at Lincoln Financial Field with the Eagles winning 40-33 on "Sunday Night Football." Jalen Hurts finished as the game’s leading passer and rusher with 153 yards and two scores through the air and 157 yards on the ground.

Former Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers also threw two touchdowns but had a pair of interceptions. The Eagles would go on to win four of their last six regular season games on their way to an appearance in Super Bowl LVII. The loss was one of nine for the Packers that year and Rodgers’ last road loss as a Packer.

Neither team looks to lose nine games this year as both teams have bona fide Super Bowl aspirations. Philadelphia is +1100 to win Super Bowl LIX while Green Bay is +1800 according to ESPN Bet .

Their next meeting will take place on Friday, Sept. 6 at 8:20 p.m. EST.
