The two brothers who serve on the Darby and Yeadon police force both saved a choking infant earlier this year. A mother’s desperate call earlier this year reporting that her 1-year-old baby was choking was answered by two brothers, both police officers, who saved the infant’s life, writes Christie Ileto for 6abc.
No injuries reported after car smashes into Wendy's in Delaware County
A vehicle slammed into a Wendy's restaurant in Delaware County on Saturday night.It happened just after 6 p.m. at the location on Walnut Street in Upper Darby.When fire and police departments arrived on the scene, the entire front window was destroyed. A car was also seen inside the Wendy's.The Action Cam caught some of the damage on video.According to authorities, no one was injured as a result of the crash. Police have not yet said what led to the collision.There's also no word yet on whether charges will be filed.

4 suspects sought after attempted purse robbery turns violent in North Philadelphia
Police are looking for four people accused in a violent robbery.New surveillance images were released Friday of the June 23 incident on North Broad Street in North Philadelphia.The suspects include four males and two females.Police say the two female suspects tried stealing another woman's purse.When her friend intervened, all four suspects assaulted that friend.Police also say three of the suspects were also involved in an assault earlier that same day in the 1500 block of Cecil B. A Philadelphia police officer is in critical condition after being shot during a traffic stop on the 3500 block of F Street, Saturday night. According to Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel, the officer was struck behind the ear and is fighting for his life. Man shot to death inside Chester, Pennsylvania convenience store identified

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A woman was struck by multiple vehicles including a SEPTA bus and killed early Saturday morning in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.The 66-year-old woman was in the 5800 block of Frankford Avenue by Wissinoming Park when she was hit by a white Dodge Durango.The impact knocked her into the path of a SEPTA bus coming from the opposite way, which also struck her, police said.The Dodge and the bus both stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.The woman was pronounced dead at the scene just before 1:30 a.m.
