FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Three Rivers Festival. The name itself points toward Fort Wayne’s most iconic natural features: the St. Joseph, St. Marys and Maumee rivers. The event still fills up the space around the rivers and still utilizes the water for its aquatic scavenger hunt, “Pedal, Paddle, Play,” but the festival’s most iconic event has not been on the rivers in a decade.
Digital billboard pitched to Decatur council
The City of Decatur will be moving into the age of traffic roundabouts – likely next year – and it also may be soon entering the age of digital billboards. Delbert Riehn, representing Robinson Outdoor, pitched the idea of a digital billboard on S. 13th St. to city council at its Tuesday meeting.

4-H domestic, barn and rescue cats earn champion awards
HUNTINGTON COUNTY — It came down to a domestic, barn and rescue cat vying for championship wins at the Huntington County 4-H Cat Show Monday evening. “I’m a teacher, so I get to educate the kids,” said cat judge, Alyssa Hammel of Syracuse, Ind., before the show. “It’s hard to judge here because the kids are really knowledgeable about their cats.”

Fort Wayne gets $5 million to complete Pufferbelly Trail over Coliseum Blvd
The City of Fort Wayne got closer to the funding it needs to fully complete the Pufferbelly Trail Thursday.
