About The Dunwoodie Youth Association
A non-profit that began in 1969, The Dunwoodie Youth Association (DYA) is a local, volunteer operated organization created with a sole mission in mind: to provide a nurturing, respectful learning environment for the children of Yonkers.
From ages 4-17, the youth sports programs have been designed to accommodate each child. The DYA encourages self-discovery, sportsmanship, effort, self-confidence and fun. They will not only practice sports but learn what it means to be a quality athlete in all aspects of the game.
