Ashtabula man accused of dragging Cleveland police officer with dirt bike charged with assault
CLEVELAND, Ohio – A man accused of dragging a Cleveland police officer with his dirt bike was charged with assault Tuesday in Cleveland Municipal Court. Authorities allege Andrew Fusco, 29, of Ashtabula struck the officer on Monday at West 25th Street and Superior Avenue. A police report shows Fusco used a 2024 Honda CRF110 to injure the officer, who was treated and released from a local hospital.
