How to play with local schools in College Football 25

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Despite the widely popular release of EA Sports College Football 25 , some local fans might be disappointed they aren’t able to play with Youngstown State and other local schools.

Well, the good news is that EA Sports included a way to fulfill almost every fan’s wishes with a way to import schools that other users create. Through Team Builder, you will be able to import the Penguins, along with other local programs including Slippery Rock, Mount Union, Grove City, Westminster and Thiel.

For example, you can search “Youngstown State” and find more than 5 options of user-created uniforms and logos. The team rosters will not be current, but you will be able to start your road to the College Football Playoff with the Penguins in the steps below.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD FROM EA SPORTS TEAM BUILDER
Start on the home screen of CFB 25… Then go to the CREATE AND SHARE tab… select DOWNLOAD CENTER … Click the triangle button to search for your school… Type in YOUNGSTOWN STATE or SLIPPERY etc. to find your desired school… select your school and choose the DOWNLOAD option. Your team will automatically save into your download history.

NOTE : When searching for schools, only type in the first word of the school’s name to get the best results. For example, search “GROVE” to find Grove City or “MOUNT” to find Mount Union instead of the school’s full name.

HOW TO START A DYNASTY WITH YOUR CUSTOM TEAM
Go to GAME MODES and select DYNASTY … to access your custom Team Builder team, you HAVE to be connected to the internet. You cannot import teams into a Single Player offline Dynasty … it MUST be the Cloud Multi User option, even if you are not playing with other users online.

Once you select Cloud Multi User and roster… it will take you to Dynasty Setup where you can go down to Import Team Builder … It will take you to a screen where you will have to choose a current FBS school to replace… Once you select a team, it will allow you to swap them out for a team that you downloaded previously in the Download Center.

NOTE : The rosters will not be accurate and current, they will be generic unless you take over the roster of the team you replaced. Also, these programs are made by other users of College Football 25 and may have some inaccuracies when it comes to uniforms, stadiums and other small details.
