Petaluma DUI Driver Crashes Into Home; Resident Not Injured
A DUI driver in Petaluma has been arrested after crashing into a home. Last Thursday night, 21-year-old Angel Alegria-Vasquez was driving recklessly when he crashed into a residence near the intersection of Caulfield Lane and South McDowell Boulevard. His Ford Mustang had major damage as did the exterior of the home. Alegria-Vasquez was treated for injuries at a local hospital but police noted he showed signs of intoxication and there was alcohol found in the car. He was arrested for DUI after being discharged from the hospital. The resident of the home was present at the time of the crash but fortunately wasn’t injured.
