If you've visited in the past then you'll notice that they have improved the Splash Island experience this year by adding new cabanas to give you some shade with private seating . There are also new self-service lockers that make storing your things quick and easy.

The new Island Cabanas are located along Paradise River, accommodate up to six people and include lockable storage and access to the Cabana Village restrooms and changing facilities.

The new cabanas join the park’s other offerings: Wahee Cabanas near Polynesian Adventure and Cabana Village, which features wireless internet, satellite television, a mini-fridge and other amenities.

On the same day Splash Island Waterpark opens for the 2024 Season, the first performer of the Wild Adventures LIVE! concert series will take the stage.

Country star Phil Vassar, known for 10 No. 1 singles and 27 Top 40 hits, including “Carlene,” “Just Another Day in Paradise,” “Six-Pack Summer” and more, will perform at the park’s Passholder Appreciation Concert.

"April 6 will be an exciting day at Wild Adventures,” said Adam Floyd, director of sales and marketing. “Splash Island opens, Diamond Passholders can enjoy a private party, and all passholders get to enjoy reserved seats for an amazing performance from Phil Vassar. We may not be kicking off summer just yet, but we are certainly kicking off a Season of fun.”

Reserved Seats for the Phil Vassar concert will be given to 2024 Season Passholders on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9 a.m. at the Special Events building in the Wild Adventures ticketing courtyard. Tickets will be available while supplies last.

Non-passholders can bring their own chair or blanket and enjoy the show from the General Concert Admission area for just $10 plus park admission.

Also exciting.... Wild Adventures is opening a new campground later this year! Stay tuned for more info as we get it.
