Ector Co fire destroys house, shop, seven vehicles

ECTOR COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Odessa Fire Rescue responded to the 5700 block of North Sierra Avenue at about 12:08 pm on Saturday, August 24.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a small shop, a single wide trailer house, and seven vehicles on fire. Red Cross was notified to help. A dog was found dead at the scene.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
