    April 19: “What Only Light Can Do” at the Gunnison Memorial Chapel

    The St. Lawrence Choral Society and the Laurentian Singers Concert presents “What Only Light Can Do” on Friday, April 19, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Gunnison Memorial Chapel or via Live Stream .

    Two works will be performed for chorus and chamber orchestra, both written by contemporary, award-winning choral composers:

    • Elaine Hagenberg’s Illuminare (2022), and
    • Jake Runestad’s Into the Light (2017).

    The concert will run for approximately 90 minutes and is free and open to the public. Parking for the event is available in H-Lot, across from Griffiths Arts Center and next to Vilas Hall. There also will be a drop-off location and limited handicapped parking spaces in front of Richardson Hall and at the front of the chapel.
