Summary: Rain showers continue to push south along a stationary front that brought heavy showers, lightning and even pockets of small embedded hail in the heartland this morning made for a noisy start. Throughout today you should expect skies to gradually clear with a chance for scattered non-severe light showers in our eastern counties by the late evening. Heading into tomorrow clouds increase with a chance for scattered showers towards the northwest and pushing southeast clearing by the afternoon. We will slowly start climbing as the disturbance stalls and pushes north as a warm front. Sunday we should anticipate another cold front that will bring better rain chances and cooler temperatures heading into next week.

Today: Clouds decrease as storms and showers push south into the Concho Valley leaving behind a below average day. High Temperature: 94° Winds: NE 5-10 G 20 MPH

Tonight: Mostly clear, calm yet seasonal night. Low Temperature: 71° Winds: NE>SE 5-10 G 20 MPH
