    Woman takes plea deal in January 2020 Albuquerque murder

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A woman took a plea deal on Wednesday for her part in the murder of her friend’s boyfriend . Police said 26-year-old Brianna Archuleta, along with five friends conspired against and murdered Benjamin Moore in January 2020.

    Woman who shot food truck worker in Albuquerque sentenced to probation

    In court on Wednesday, Archuleta pled no contest to charges of aggravated battery and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery. She faces six months in prison with a year in the Community Custody Program followed by three years of supervised probation.
